Why

I'm going to try to show off my world, or the world from my point of view, by posting a picture a day for a whole year. I'm not sure if this will be a success, but I have to give it a try.

Day 153

It's Halloween, and this t-shirt is the best thing I've seen. What am I going as? Here's a big hint. (Language is most likely NSFW)

Day 151

Shadows. No tall trees. Maybe tomorrow will be tall trees without shadows. Although that might be impossible because anything that has light shining on it would cast a shadow, and no light is complete shadow. I'll figure it out. Until then, how about a mystery can?

Day 148

Dinner. Beef and elbow macaroni with a mushroom and bell pepper tomato sauce.

Day 147

At a matinĂ©e for Jackass 3D, and nobody else in the theater. Real eerie waiting for friends to get out of the bathroom.

Day 146

There are more Panther fans here than at the stadium. They did manage to pull a win out of nowhere.

Day 145

This is why I think cats are weird.

Day 143

One of the torture devices at the gym.

Day 142

[Technical SNAFU again, so a day late] Some fall colors. Or autumn colours if you aren't in America.

Day 139

Chicken nachos. In the words of Homer Simpson, "What's happening to me? There's still food, but I don't want to eat it. I've become everything I've ever hated." Haha

Day 138

Poor pumpkin couldn't even last a week. Oh, well. Better call Alexander Fleming.

Day 137

Another beer from Baltika. This is a sweeter beer; very malty for a lager. Also, I tried to make this look a little bit clearer by using photo editing software to blur the background a bit. But if that doesn't interest you, then how about a site that has things that look like faces?

Day 134

A friend of mine is travelling around Europe and I received a postcard today. You probably can't make this out (mostly because after 15 min of failing to get either camera to focus I just gave up), but the stamp says Deutschland. This is now the furthest any piece of mail has come to me.

Day 131

Next in the "build-your-own- 6-pack" is a nice, dark Russian porter. It's from Baltika, and what I like best about them is that they number their beers; each number is a different type.

Day 130

This is about as close as I'm going to come to Oktoberfest for a long time. Oh, and yes, that's a whole liter of beer that came with it's own giant glass. It's a hefeweizen, which honestly I'm not really that crazy about, but I couldn't pass up something this ridiculous.

Day 129b

That last one was kinda lame, so I decided to do another one.

I built my own 6-pack the other day, and this was one of the beers. It wasn't as good as I thought it would be. It had a dark, malted flavor that I was expecting. However, the taste when it got to the back of my tongue became really acidic, almost as if someone had squeezed a lemon into it.

Day 129

Cookies and cream milkshake.

Day 127

Someone in my old fraternity house made a point of having at least 1 empty bottle of each type of Sarnac displayed on top of all the cabinets.

Day 125

A fountain with water dyed pink for breast cancer awareness month.
